Thursday Thoughts:
I needed a good laugh today so I went through my file of funny photos and found this one. So, I wrote a little poem:
Hazel was a screamer from daylight until dusk,
Her mother thought she'd lose her mind, a remedy was a must.
She had no other playmates, they cried and ran away,
So her mother thought a pet would help and keep the screams at bay.
A bird would be so perfect, so tiny and so sweet,
But because of Hazels screaming all the bird would do was screech!
So the moral of this story is don't mess with changing others,
Just thank the Lord and thank those stars that you're not Hazel's mother!

And, now, two of us are laughing! I love this..and, your post photo captured my curiosity, immediately! I'm just sure this little "angel" was someone I babysat for when I was a teen...Your funny story remind me of the phrase..."Better Thee Than Me!"
Smiles,
Carolynn

You crack me up Cindy.
I never am disappointed when I stop by to see what you have been up to.
Happy summer to you.
Ciao bella,

You' re a riot! Definitely needed a laugh and you are better at making that happen than half the professional comedians out there! If I didn't know better I would say that you and Doris Day were related. You have the same delightful quirky sense of humor. Careful I may move out to Texas!
Thanks Cindy,
You're the best
