Just in case you're worried about putting on a few pounds over the holidays, take a look at this 1940s exercise video! These machines look downright painful! I'm afraid to even get on the scales I've eaten so much lately, but hey, the gals in this video can work out and craft at the same time, sign me up!

Oh my word!!! This would not feel good for sure!
I am on the mend from my surgery last week. It's going to be hard behaving for another 3 weeks before I can get back to my Frivolity but a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do! Bleh!

Hahaha!! For some reason I am thinking my mom had one of those in the 60's ~
You've been on this machine for a few days now. Any results??
I've gained a few lbs myself, but if I had Magnolia clothing like yours I could probably find myself in a pretty dress on one of those machines.
I said probably, lol.
Happy Thursday my friend. It's pouring rain here. So weird.

I'm sittin' here howlin'!!!! I LOVE the woman strapped to the machine that's rollin' up and down her sides while she snaps her chewing gum and reads her "Love" rag mag....Lordy! Ah....those were the days!!!! Hmmmm...think I'll go grab myself a "light" yogurt and dream of shedding a few pounds myself.
just me...a few pounds over the limit...jan
